Our Approach to Every Tankless Installation
We begin every tankless installation with a pre-installation assessment of your home’s gas supply, venting configuration, and electrical requirements. We calculate your household’s peak flow demand based on the number of bathrooms, appliances, and simultaneous fixtures your home regularly uses and select the tankless unit sized correctly for that demand. From there we handle the full installation in a single visit in most cases.
After installation, we walk you through the unit’s controls, explain the recommended annual maintenance schedule, and register your warranty with the manufacturer on your behalf. We also discuss the option of adding a recirculation system if instant hot water at distant fixtures is a priority for your household.
