Agreement Terms
- 12-month service agreement with automatic annual renewal unless canceled by either party
- First renewal notification sent 14 days before renewal date; second notification sent 7 days before
- Service calls and repairs covered by this agreement are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Agreement may be terminated upon non-payment of any amount due
- This contract is non-refundable and non-transferable
- Credit card payments: 3% convenience fee added for monthly and annual agreements.
Note
Service area includes Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Summerville, Goose Creek, Hanahan, James Island, West Ashley, North Charleston, and surrounding Lowcountry communities. If you live in a gated community requiring commercial contractors to be charged a gate fee, those fees will be billed to the homeowner at each service interval.
